Non-Filipino nationals who do not have an existing entry or long-term visa must apply and secure one from their country’s Philippine Consulate or at their nearest Philippine Foreign Service Post.

Also, Non-Filipino nationals who cannot present a proof of filiation to a Filipino must secure a letter from the PH Department of Foreign Affairs exempting them from the travel restrictions.

Former Filipinos in possession of a Recognition Certificate or Citizenship Retention and Re-acquisition Act (RA9225) Certificate shall be allowed entry to the Philippines.

For Non-Filipinos, here’s a quick reminder on visa and documentary requirements that must be presented upon check-in, and to the Immigration Officer upon arrival in the Philippines.

Please be reminded that non-Filipinos may or may not travel with the filiated Filipino national. If not traveling with the filiated Filipino national, the Filipino national should be alive and must be in the Philippines during the intended date of travel.
