You can now use your Vaccination card as your passport to travel within the Philippines!

The national Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) has allowed fully vaccinated individuals to travel around the Philippines without having to present a negative test result.

This was announced by Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque in a press conference on July 4, 2021.

Under IATF Resolution No. 124-B:

✅ Fully vaccinated persons are allowed to present a domestic vaccination card or certificate of quarantine completion as a sufficient requirement for interzonal travel instead of a negative test result.

✅ Fully vaccinated Senior Citizens are allowed to travel intrazonal or under GCQ and MGCQ areas.

❗ Fully vaccinated individuals who are close contacts of probable and confirmed COVID-19 cases, they may undergo a shortened seven (7)-day quarantine period, provided that the individual remains asymptomatic for the duration of the seven-day period with the first day being the date immediately after the last exposure.

📌 Provided that vaccination cards must be duly signed and issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment or LGU.

NOTE: The national IATF resolution considers persons as fully vaccinated two weeks after having received their final doses of any vaccine given emergency use authorization by the Philippines' Food and Drug Administration and the World Health Organization.

Private rate and Carpool Rate (Comparison po ito kung bakit natataasan kayo sa rate ng driver minsan eto po mga dahilan)

Opo carpool group po ito pero most carpoolers are private drivers din kasi they own the car, they can decide as well kung paparentahan ba nila sasakyan nila na hindi akma sa lakad at oras nila, mostly pag free time or kung gusto nila extra income pinapasok nila ang pag pprivate car. Oo carpool group nga po meaning pasabay lang tama? Pero nagjoin po dito since madami po members and passengers, there are instances din po na ang passengers dito ay naghahanap din ng private for some reason like emergency, late night, unaccesible places etc.

Eto po, pag mababa ang rate ni driver meaning legit carpool ginagawa nya, meaning talagang papunta sya sa mga nasabing lokasyon nya. Pag ganyan po ang sistema, passenger ang mag aadjust sa driver, si driver mag didikta ng oras at lokasyon kung san ka nya pwede pickupin along they way. Meaning to say hindi door to door ito at hindi naka depende sa oras na gusto ni passenger.

Bakit mataas ang rate ng ibang driver?
Eto po mga rason, minsan hindi naman talaga nag cacarpool ung ibang driver dito due to pandemic mga nawalan ng work nag sisideline lang sila kaya naghahanap ng passengers.

Mataas ang rate sa mga dahilan na;
-Now na agad ang gusto
-Pick up door to door
-Nagdidikta ng oras
-Ayaw ng may kasabay
-Gusto on time
-At marami pang iba

Ang mga dahilan na yan ay nagpapakita na PRIVATE CAR ANG HANAP MO. Kaya tinaasan ka ng rate.

Bakit mataas kumpara sa taxi at grab???
-Mataas po dahil hindi naman sila taxi or grab, why?? Kumpara sa taxi at grab, ANG PRIVATE CARS UPON SUNDO SA PASAHERO WALA PO YANG SAKAY TATAKBO PO YAN NG WALANG SAKAY, PAGKAHATID SA PASAHERO UUWI PO YAN, WALA DIN SAKAY. Meaning to say matagal at malayo layo ang tinakbo ng walang bayad kumokonsumo po yun ng gasolina alam nyo naman po presyo ng gas hindi po ba?. Kaya nag cocover up ng expenses ang mga owner drivers ng charge sa pasahero. Kaiba sa taxi at grab na pagka drop nyang mga yan ng pasahero around the vicinity ng area makakakuha agad yan ng pasahero pabalik, paikot kaya mas mura sila, mataas din po ang PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ng mga private owners, yan po yung mga kailangan palitan at ipagawa, ang sasakyan po inaalagaan at pinapagawa din maiintindihan po ito ng mga may sasakyan talaga, ang mga owners nag sasave yan nagtatabi pang PMS (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE) ng kotse kung pribado ang sasakyan mo hindi ito tinitipid sa pyesa at pag aalaga.

Hindi po ito jeep na tutubigan lang ang radiator, naka coolant po ito, hindi po ito diesel, gasolina po ito, regular din po ang carwash nito. Naka air freshener po ito nagpapa back to zero pa yung iba (sterilization antibac) so meaning malinis! Mabango! Comportable! Ligtas! At mabilis no hassle sa stop over, pwede humanap ng ibang ruta para mapabilis ang byahe. Pwede ka matulog sa byahe, pwede ka manood pag naka 2DN yung oto, pwede ka maki charge, pwede ka magpa drive thru, so what are you paying for private cars is CONVENIENCE, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTABILITY. Ibang iba po sa mga public transpo ang ginhawang dulot ng private service, kung may sarili po kayong sasakyan maiintindihan nyo po ito.

Alam din po ng mga drivers ang capability ng mananakay natin shempre hindi naman po lahat may kakayahang mag private service, ayaw din po namin magtaas ng presyo dahil nauunawaan po namin ang mananakay pero paano din naman po ung side namin? Sa totoo lang po maliit lang po kinikita nila jan, hindi din po biro magmaneho nakakapagod at stress din lalo na pag traffic.

Ganito po ka simple yan. Para sa lahat ng pasahero at drivers po dito.

Pasahero: Ilagay po sa post nyo ang PU DO AT ORAS / CARPOOL BA O PRIVATE / ILAGAY DIN ANG BUDGET RATE para pag nabasa ng driver bahala na sila kung sino kakagat sa presyo nyo at para mas mabilis ang usapan.

Drivers: Pwede mag offer at daanin sa maayos na usapan bargain lang kumbaga then pag nagka sundo edi good.

Pag hindi po kaya ang rate pwede naman mag pass hanap iba, madami po jan na mura lang lalo na kung nearby areas lang nila ang pick up.

Nasa pagkakasundo lang ng nag uusap yan wag po rant ng rant, pwede po tayo magtawaran sa budget between passengers and drivers titignan po natin kung kaya. Ingat po kayong lahat godbless us all.
