Here are some reasons why you should book through a travel agent:

1. They know more of the relevant information: Even if one had a lot of time available, it is almost impossible to sift through the huge amount of data online to get the best deal or relevant information. Travel agents with their vast experience can give better quality information.

2. They are the most dependable in case of emergencies: A travel agent would be able to give you the pros and cons of any travel decisions taken by you clearly, at the time of booking itself. They can also give you options in case of cancellations, delays, alterations or related issues.

3. They have access to more inventories: Travel agents have long standing connections with their vendors like hotels, cab operators and guides. Most often, they have easier access to room or ticket inventories than online operators for this reason. Very often, you get better prices too for your bookings.

4. They can get you better deals, better flexibility and extra benefits: You can get better deals, greater flexibility, and extra perks.

Come to us and get your travel customized to suit your specific requirements across multiple destinations around the world! We'd love to help you navigate your travels with ease!

Karding Advisory No. 3
26 September 2022 as of 3:45 AM

Manila flights recovering as Typhoon Karding ("Noru") exits the Philippines

We are mobilizing to resume full operations at Manila airport, our main hub, as Typhoon KARDING (international name “NORU”) exits the land area of the Philippines and weather conditions improve slowly.

· Flights to and from Manila will operate today, September 26 (Monday), except for those previously cancelled (see listing of cancelled flights below).

· However, some flights may need to be delayed or adjusted. It will take some time to restore normal schedules even after the typhoon recedes and weather improves. We need to reposition aircraft that were held back or diverted to other airports, and adjust schedules based on revised slots and clearances at affected airports in coordination with aviation authorities.

· PAL will keep a close watch on the weather situation at Metro Manila and the central and northern Philippines, as heavy rainfall may continue to affect certain areas. Our main concern is safety, and we may need to cancel or adjust flights if required for safety reasons related to weather conditions.

· If you have a flight to or from Manila and other affected areas, we advise you to check the status of your journey by logging on to www.philippineairlines.com and click the “Flight Status” icon on the main page, and then fill in the flight number (without the “PR” or “2P” designation, just the number itself) and date of departure.

· The flight’s status is updated in real time, and there is no need to call the contact center to verify the information. We encourage you to continue monitoring the status of your flight using the Flight Status self-service tool on our website so that we can keep our contact center hotlines free of congestion. You may also check further advisories on our Official PAL page.

Karding Advisory No. 1

PAL Advisory on Typhoon ‘Karding’

We are closely monitoring the track of Super Typhoon ‘Karding’ (international codename: “Noru”), which is expected to cross through parts of central and northern Luzon and affect other areas of the Philippines tonight (September 25 – Sunday) and tomorrow (September 26 – Monday).

Flights to and from Manila (MNL) are still slated to operate today. Nonetheless, if the storm remains on its current path, Philippine Airlines may have to cancel certain flights or adjust schedules for urgent safety reasons.

If you are traveling on a flight to/from Metro Manila, Clark or one of the affected areas on September 25 or 26, we recommend that you check the status of your flight before proceeding to the airport. Please visit www.philippineairlines.com and click the “Flight Status” icon on the main page, and then fill in the flight number (without the “PR” or “2P” designation, just the number itself) and date of departure to check the latest update.

The flight's status is updated in real time, and there is no need to call the contact center to verify the information. We encourage you to continue monitoring the status of your flight using the Flight Status self-service tool on our website so that we can keep our contact center hotlines free of congestion.

Watch out for our flight advisories and updates on the PAL page and at www.philippineairlines.com.

We will keep you informed on developments.

In the meantime, residents of all affected areas are advised to monitor official government advisories and prepare for the potential impact of Karding (Noru).

Thank you and keep safe.

Whether you’re about to depart or you’ve just landed, we want you to have a stress-free experience when it comes to your luggages.

Don’t let problems with your luggage add to your headaches while in transit. Our trolleys — which are placed in specific corners at the airport — are here to help you carry your belongings and give you that ease while at the airport.

Luggage trolleys are important amenities to passengers, as many are travelling with multiple bags.

For some passengers, the trolley is probably one of the last things that they pay attention to. However, we believe that they are integral elements of the whole airport experience, because they kind of push you to your destination, literally and metaphorically.

Whether you’re transferring between terminals, about check in your bags, or you just got them upon arrival, let our trolleys assist you with ease — anytime, anywhere.
