According to the schedule of international and domestic flights issued by the National Airlines, flights between Skardu and Dubai will be on every Monday and Friday from 31 March, while flights between Skardu and Lahore will be on every Mondays and Wednesdays, while flights between SKardu and Karachi will be on every April from 2 Flights will be launched on Saturday.

امریکی نشریاتی ادارہ CNN نے پاکستان کے گلگت بلستان کو سال 2025 میں دیکھنے کے قابل 25 بہترین مقامات کی فہرست میں شامل کیا ہے۔

رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ ہر سال ہزاروں سیاح اور غیر ملکی کوہ پیما مختلف چوٹیوں، پیرا گلائیڈنگ اور دیگر سرگرمیوں کے لیے اس خطے کا دورہ کرتے ہیں۔

شائع ہونے والی فہرست میں، سی این این ٹریول نے کہا، "قراقرم پہاڑوں میں گلگت بلتستان کا خطہ جانے کے لیے سب سے آسان جگہ نہیں ہے - پروازوں کا شیڈول ناقابل بھروسہ ہو سکتا ہے، سڑکوں کو موسمی طور پر بند کیا جا سکتا ہے - لیکن اس میں زیادہ دلکش چوٹیاں ہیں۔

یہ خطہ 14 میں سے پانچ 'آٹھ ہزار میٹر بلند' چوٹیوں کا گھر ہے جسے دنیا کی بلند ترین چوٹیوں کے طور پر تسلیم کیا جاتا ہے۔ اس میں K2 بھی شامل ہے، جو دنیا کا دوسرا سب سے اونچا پہاڑ ہے
