Imoprts and exports will be a limited liability ownership registered in the 2nd largest city of Sindh “Hyderbad” for tax purposes. Its founder is Mr. Faraz Ali a farmer retailer in Latifabad town. Ali has brought together a highly respected group of individuals who are well versed in foreign trade processes. The company has a sole proprietorship, It is an unincorporated business owned and run by one individual with no distinction between the business owner and does plan to go public. Ali is entitled to all profits and responsible for all his business’s debts, losses and liabilities.
