Col (Retd) Farooq ul Hassan holds vast experience in this industry. He remained in charge of Pakistan Army Hajj and Umrrah Cell, GHQ from 2001-2004. During this period he managed a large number of Pakistan Armed Forces Hajj and Umra Contingents. He also coordinated, managed and supervised Umrrah services to Pakistani troops coming from UN Mission Abroad. Later on he remained affiliated with Labbaik Services Pvt Limited till 2013. He also worked as Director Labbaik Services Group from 2013 to 2017. During this period he managed, coordinated and conducted Civilian Hajj and Umrah Groups.
