Customer have to pay 50% of the amount as advance at the time of booking and remaining amount before 2 days of departure. We are accepting payment through bank counter/ Account to Account transfer/ Transfer through ATM of any bank in the following account.

Cancellation Policy:
* Only Ticket cancellation charges will apply as per actual as per policy.
* No cancellation charges will apply for the cancellation before 4 day of the planned date.
* 25% cancellation charges will apply for the cancellation before 3 day of the planned date.
* 50% cancellation charges will apply for the cancellation before 2 days of the planned date.
* No amount will be refunded if any person leaves the trip at any stage due to any reason.

[TERMS & CONDITIONS]
1. Customers will be responsible for all their personal belongings during the trip. Organizers will not be responsible in case of theft, lost or damaged during the trip.
2. No illegal or prohibited items will be allowed during the trip e.g weapons, drugs are not allowed.
3. Tour Plan can be changed due to weather condition or any political or other reasons.
4. Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of customers, still each venture can be filled with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like ice falls, rock/mud slidding and crevasse and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In such type of incidents, the Company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be responsible in any form.
5. Customers will not indulge in any unethical activity (any type of misbehavior with locals or other members, use of abusive language, use of drugs etc) and may be terminated from tour without warning and will not be refunded by any amount.
6. Our trips are nature friendly so no damage to the nature/environment will be tolerated.
7. Our trips are not insured though we exercise the utmost care & safety of all the customers. We will not be responsible in case of any incident(s) of unforeseen natural calamities like rock/mud sliding, ice falls, slipping/tripping, crevasse or any other accidents.
8. No conflict, violence or abuse, whether verbal or via action, is allowed during the trip. Customers should respect different cultures, religions, code of practice, beliefs and political & geographical affiliations. Non-compliance will be dealt strictly.
9. Company reserves the right to cancel the trip without any prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by us and participants will receive full refund of the advance amount only.
10. No amount will be refund if any person/customer leaves the trip at any stage due to any reason.
11. COVID vaccination certificate is mandatory for all the tourists, Company is not responsible for any inconvenience in the trip due to non-vaccination.
12. Non-vaccinated tourists will travel at their own risk company will not refund any amount due to Non-vaccination.
