Complete Guide for SAARC MBBS Scholarship 2022

SAARC MBBS SCHOLARSHIP FOR PAKISTANI STUDENTS :

Admission of Pakistani Students in the MBBS and BDS Courses in Government Medical Colleges / Dental Colleges/Dental Units in Bangladesh for 2021-22 academic year Under Saarc Scholarship.

A) What is Criteria / Who Can Apply :
1.Must have a passport validity more than 6 months at the time of applying.

2.Must have passed qualifying examinations (HSC/'A'/FSC level) or equivalent examination.

3.SSC/'O'/Matric level or equivalent examination be passed preceding 3 years of HSC/A/FSC level or equivalent.

4.HSC/'A'/FSC should be passed between 2020 and 2021 not before 2020.

5.SSC/'O'/Matric should be passed between 2017 and 2019 not before 2017

6.Minimum aggregate GPA HSC/'A'/FSC level or equivalent examination is 8.00 GPA (80%)
GPA in fsc is calculated only in three subjects of fsc Biology, Chemistry, Physics as follows
(Obtained marks in Bio+Chem+Phy/Total marks in these 3 subject×100) then according to percentage following gpa is Equivalent to your marks in fsc(only science subject marks)
Above 70% upto 80% marks = 8.00 GPA
Above 80% upto 90% marks = 9.00 GPA
Above 90% upto 100% marks = 10.00 GPA

7.Minimum GPA in SSC/'O' level or equivalent or in HSC/ 'A' level and equivalent examination 3.5(70%)
GPA in matric is calculated only in five subjects of matric Biology, Chemistry, Physics Mathematics English as follows
(Obtained marks in Bio+Chem+Phy+Math+Eng/Total marks in these 5 subjects×100) then according to percentage following gpa is Equivalent to your marks in matric(only in 5 subjects marks)
Above 60% upto 70% marks = 3.5 GPA
Above 70% upto 80% marks = 4.00 GPA
Above 80% upto 90% marks = 4.5 GPA
Above 90% upto 100% marks = 5.00 GPA

8.Minimum GPA in Biology: 3.5( 70%)
GPA in biology is calculated as
Above 60% upto 70% marks = 3.5 GPA
Above 70% upto 80% marks = 4.00 GPA
Above 80% upto 90% marks = 4.5 GPA
Above 90% upto 100% marks = 5.00 GPA

B.How to Apply / Complete Procedure :

If you have your passport then you can start with Step 01,Step 02,03,04,05 and if you don't have the passport then apply for the passport immediately and start with Step 02 after you have your passport then you can proceed step 01,03,04,05

Step 01 :
1.Go the following site http://www.bdhcpk.org and print out 3 sets of "ANNEXURE D" Form (last 3 pages)
2.Fill all the 3 sets of form carefully.

Step 02 :

1. Firstly attest your result card and certificate of 10th and 12th from your board of examination for international study.
2.Then take those attested documents(without opening the envelope) to IBCC(Inter Board Committee of Chairmen) either in Lahore or Islamabad or Karachi.
03. After their attestation take those documents to the Foreign ministry either in Lahore or Islamabad or Karachi.
Now all your documents are attested, make 3 copies of each attested document,total 3 sets

Step 03 :
01. Pay the non refundable Application Fee of 70 USD by Telegraphic Transfer (T.T)/ SWIFT code to Beneficiary "Director, Medical Education & HMPD, DGME, Mohakhali, Dhaka, Bangladesh. A/c No: 0430020002489 with Rupali Bank Ltd, Mohakhali Branch, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Thorough anyone of the following three Accounts

2.Must Take TT received copy (Deposit Received Memo ) and attach with Form "Annexure D".

Step 04 :
Last date to apply online is "03rd April 2022"

1.Visit the following link https://foreignstudents.dgme.gov.bd
Create your account by clicking on applicant signup.After signup login to your account and Click on the Apply Online for Government Medical College , Select Mbbs /bds and Select saarc.
2.Fill the online form carefully upload the pictures of all the documents including t.t recipient number and picture.(For any kind of help download the user manual given at the site)
3.Submit the application after submitting download it and print 3 sets of the application.

Step 05 :
Take 3 copies of passport, 3 passport size photographs, 3 sets of "Annexure D" Form with attached TT memo/receipt, 3 sets of attested educational documents and 3 sets of online printed application and make 3 sets of each and submit all these documents by hand at the Bangladesh High Commission Islamabad.

Last date to submit application forms and documents at the High Commission is 7th of April 2022.

(Note :Must bring your all original documents at the time of submitting the forms at Bangladesh High Commission they can check your original documents but don't submit any of your original document keep original documents with you.)

Recommendation from us : "According to previous year selection we recommend if you have more than 95% marks in biology and more than 90% in FSC then you should apply"

Mother language is an expression of ideas, thoughts, feelings, culture and emotions. This day is celebrated every year to promote linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism. Our Mother tongues are our respective languages that we've learned from birth and also called as our first language.

It's when Pakistan was partitioned, Pakistan declared Urdu as the national language of East and West Pakistan. And majority of people of East Pakistan were native Bengali speakers. On 21st Feb 1952, hundreds of students came out in protest and Police openly fired on them and many people died and many many were badly injurered.

Till 1999, it was celebrated in Bangladesh as their Shaheed Divas. But in 1999, UNO declared it as "International Mother Language Day".

There are about 7000 known languages and as a child we all use to speak atleast in one language from Bangla to Urdu to Hindi to Punjabi to Kashmiri to English to German, Russian to French. We all know atleast one of them by heart.

So, let's keep our mother tongue alive to promote the cultural heritage and spread love through our language.
