PAKISTAN ZINDABAD! (Long live Pakistan) 🇵🇰

Pakistan is my identity, my pride, my home! ❤️

I remember listening stories of partition from my elders and the difficulties, pain and struggle they went through, we can’t even imagine.

Despite of all the struggles (wrong portrayal in western media, war on terror), Pakistan has given me an individuality, without it I am someone without an identity just a nameless being.

Roomph has started an amazing competition for all travel enthusiasts to portray and promote a positive image of Pakistan. That’s what I want to do as well, explore my beautiful homeland with you guys. Maybe this is the way we can make a difference !

May God protect Pakistan always! Amen!

The Khunjerab Pass is the highest-paved international border crossing in the world and the highest point on the Karakoram Highway.

The beauty of this road is the landscape tbh! It is extremely cold and windy, so better to take some warm clothes before visiting.

Baltit Fort is a fort in the Hunza valley, in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of northern Pakistan.

Founded in the 8th CE, it has been on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative list since 2004.

The foundations of the fort date back to 700 years ago.

The road to baltit fort is not easy for those who are not habitual of walking. It takes quite an effort to walk (or I should say hike 😄) towards the fort.

Babusar Pass or Babusar Top (elevation 4,173 metres or 13,691 feet) is a mountain pass in Pakistan.

The Babusar Pass connects Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with Gilgit Baltistan. It is one of the most dangerous routes in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Lulusar Lake is a lake at 3,410 m (11,190 ft), and is the primary headwaters of the Kunhar River.

This lake is accessible by any type of vehicle.

The most mesmerising thing about this lake is that it changes colour according to season (as told by a local guide).
