جن میں سیاحوں کی تعداد 5 لاکھ سے زائد رہی. بے شمار لوگوں نے رات روڈوں کے کنارے اور دریا کے کنارے گزاری.
مگر نہ کسی کا موبائل چھنا نہ کوئی اور مسئلہ پیش آیا.

ہدایات برائے ٹوریسٹ ۔
برفباری تقریباًرک چکی ہے۔برفانی اور پہاڑی مقامات کی جانب جانے والے ٹوریسٹ کو مندرجہ ذیل بریفننگ دیں۔

(1) برفباری والے مقام پر جانے سے قبل خشک راشن گرم ملبوسات وغیرہ ساتھ رکھیں۔
(2) ایسے کسی بھی مقام پر جہاں برف باری ہو وہاں گاڑی لیجانے سے پہلے اس کے ریڑی ایٹر سادہ پانی نکال کر صرف اور اینٹی فریز کولنٹ ضرور ڈلوائیں اس آپکی کی گاڑی کے ریڑی ایٹر میں پانی نہیں جمے گا

( 3)۔ ایسے مقام پر سفر کے دوران گاڑی کو پہلے گیر میں چلائیں۔
(4)۔ بار بار بریک کا استعمال مت کریں۔
( 5 ) ۔ بریک کے استعمال سے ایسے ۔مقامات پر گاڑیاں فورا سلپ ہو جاتی ہیں۔ گئیر سے گاڑی کنٹرول کریں۔ رفتار آ ہستہ رکھیں ۔
(6) ۔گاڑی میں ایندھن فل رکھیں۔
(7) ۔ایکسیلیٹر کا استعمال ہلکہ رکھیں۔
(8)۔ ٹائرز میں ہوا تھوڑا کم رکھیں کوشش کریں کہ ساتھ میں ٹائر کا چین بھی رکھیں اور ہوا والا پمپ بھی رکھ لیں ۔
(9)۔ اگر بچے ساتھ ہوں تو انکی ضرورت کی تمام اشیاء ساتھ رکھیں۔
کشمیر میں ایس کوم کی ٹیلی-فون سم بھی پاس رکھیں مشکل وقت میں اپ کسی کو مدد کے لئے رابطہ کرسکیں
