A new study finds that vitamin D during early pregnancy may reduce depressive symptoms.

According to the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, this form of depression occurs in 14-23% of pregnant women.

Approximately 4.6 million individuals are diagnosed with atherosclerosis each year.

This study found that vitamin D deficiency was associated with a 2.29 times increased odds of developing carotid artery plaques, a significant predictor of atherosclerosis.

While exercise is a great way to stay healthy and active, a new study suggests that a combination of both exercise and vitamin D may be more effective than either one alone at improving heart health.

Dr. Naveed is a world renowned scientist of Pakistani origin and the Head of the Department of Cell Biology and Anatomy at the University of Calgary’s Hotchkiss Brain Institute in Canada. He has also traveled throughout the world and has delivered lectures and presentations on his work.

Our recent participation in 8th Fertility Conference organized by Sindh Institute of Reproductive Medicine on 19th & 20th February, 2017. We participated as academic partners in collaboration with Advance Educational Institute & Research Center(AEIRC) for support in scientific sessions, abstract book, souvenir compilation and poster presenations. We are proud to annuonce that all three posters which won the prizes were conducted by Better Health Company under umbrella of BRIC (Better Research Initiative Centre).

Our participation in recent 8th Fertility Conference organized by Sindh Institute of Reproductive Medicine. We are glad to open new avenues everyday and work as scientific partner with leading medical societies and institutes of Pakistan.
