The IBA Leadership Conference is an event organized by the IBA Leadership club which aims to instill leadership in today's youth. To achieve this target one needs to have an optimistic approach and a clear perspective which is why IBLC is a great opportunity for one looking to explore their real potential. Every year, IBLC aims to be better than the past year and build certain attributes of leader

ship within the participants that assists them in every part of their life. One important realization a participant gets in this conference is that they are more self-aware and conscious of their surroundings thus understanding their responsibility towards the world. Through this diverse blend of activities and sessions to inspire the students, self-confidence is inculcated, bringing out leadership skills consequently.

What started out as a dream, turned into a reality. From recruiting a dedicated Management Team and selecting a talented Host Team, to executing the most successful edition of IBA Leadership Conference till date, we were successful in bringing the vision of IBLC to life. IBLC would like to congratulate and thank each and every person who worked On Day as well as behind the scenes for months and helped make IBLC the success that it was. We would not have been able to achieve this without each and every one of yours support, dedication and hard work. We would like to start by thanking all our Sponsors and Partners without whom this would not have been possible. You played a vital role in carrying out our success. We are also incredibly thankful to our guest speakers for attending the conference and adding to the experience of the participants. It was wonderful having you. Our Story

The IBA Leadership Conference is an initiative taken by the IBA Leadership Club,which aims to create future leaders from the youth of today. To accomplish this goal what is required is a positive change in the values, perspective and attitude of the youth. Since its inception in 2008, IBLC has always lived up to expectations of participants. IBLC is a forum that aims to inculcate certain attributes in its participants in the hope to help them in all walks of life. It is imperative that they realize the need of hour, and rise superbly to the challenges life presents them with. An aspiration of this conference is that it’s participants leave more aware of themselves, the community and the wider world and understand their responsibility towards each one of them. Through our program and unique blend of activities each day, we strive to strengthen the participant's self-confidence, inter-personal skills, communication and most importantly, bring out and enhance their leadership potential.
