Application Procedure :-
Ø Cleaning of all greasy/oil payments and neutralized the surface as required.
Ø Cleaning of Existing coating from Concrete /Asphalt for bonding new coating as required.
Ø Surface Preparation with Grinding or Sand Blasting as required.
Ø Cleaning of surface with dust etc and apply coat thinner for further application of Industrial coating.
Ø Application of 1st Coat as Primer as required .
Ø Application of 2nd Coat as required.
Ø Filling to smoothing the surface on coating.
Ø Application of 3rd Coat as final coat.
Ø All steps should required minimum 8 Hrs in normal temperature for bonding the coat of industrial paint. Product Names and specification ;-
Ø SLE, (Self Leveling Epoxy) Three pack, easy to apply, self leveling epoxy floor paint. It recommended Thickness is from 3 to 5 mm. This coating based on a high performance, Chemically cured, solvent –free epoxy floor coating with excellent chemical, corrosion, moisture, stain and abrasion resistance for use on Industrial and commercial concrete floors, provide a smooth and easy to clean surface. Easy to Clean & Sterilize, Excellent Chemical and stain resistance, Seamless and hygienic finish, no cervices where dirt and bacteria can dwell, etc.
Ø Kemobel C/R / High Build Epoxy/ MIO Coating
Kemobel thick Coating is unmodified High Build Chlorinated rubber coating.It applied upto 75 micron /coat. It design for application over appropriate primers providing a coating system with exceptional water impermeability and salt spray resistance to acid and alkalies and Non Toxic Anti Corrosive Pigmentation it prevent corrosion outstanding durability and
Abrasion resistance due to Micaceous Iron Oxide Film, light and moisture pe*******on, It design for steel structure, storage tanks, Silos, Ship loaders, hoppers, conveyors, marine structures etc.
Ø Polyamide Epoxy ,
A high performance ,chemically cured, epoxy. It recommended thickness 70 micron per coat and it is economical easy to apply, Low VOC , Penetrates pores and tiny cracks in concrete surface, Cures to a tough , water resistance coating etc. OurMission with Rollout Management
