• Establish a draft of a critical path schedule for the entire project

• Initiating the team approach (working with the owner, architect, and engineer) in evaluating project cost
• Review of materials, methods and systems to ensure premium value at lowest cost
• Establish project milestones and make sure they are met
• On a daily basis, monitor and update preliminary construction budget as design develops
• Expedite bidding of subcontractors and implementation of construction by developing a detailed construction schedule
• Review plans and specifications for accuracy
• Revisit previously confirmed vendors and subcontractors upon finalization of design to confirm project cost
