Before booking a trip with us, please read our terms and conditions carefully and follow them. It is a contractual agreement between our company and clients who want to get an advantage of our tour packages and services.
We will provide our members an undertaking form at the start of the trip in which there is a detail given of an entire trip as well as mentioned terms and conditions. So, you are obliged to strictly follow our terms and conditions before planning the trip with us.
It is mandatory for all members to physically sign the form and give thumb impression.
1. The members should not be engaged in any act which is against moral character and human rights law during the activities.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use drugs or engage in any illegal activity such as drugs sale during the trip. If anyone caught, doing such activity, he/she should be expelled from the trip on the spot. Hence, the company has the right to take action against such illegal activity. Also, the person will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Use of any verbal and physical abuse, squabble, wrangle interminably about small issues, violent and aggressive behavior, or any other indecent act must be avoided.
4. All members should give extra care to the land, not to provide any harm or pollute the beauty of nature. You should properly throw the garbage in dustbins placed on the roadside. In such a way, it will not pollute the rivers, lakes and other water sources.
5. The company has the right to cancel the trip without any prior notice for any unforeseen disasters or other relevant reasons. In this case, the clients will get a full refund.
6. If any reason can affect the planned route during the trip, then the organizer will not be responsible in any case.
7. To avoid overheating, the air conditioner of the buses can be on and off for few minutes, on mountainous hilly steep areas.
8. Our team is responsible to take every effective measure for the safety of the members. If any unforeseen natural disaster, or accident will arise, the team of tour operators, company and management team will not be responsible.
9. The management team will not be responsible in case of any personal belongings loss/damage, theft during the trip, etc.
10. The organizer has the authority to alter the route of the journey. So he can choose the best alternative route according to the interests of clients if there is any issue occur such as weather changes, local politics, transport or any other serious problem will arise.
