XnF is state of the art fitness facility with Executive Gym, All Weather Swimming Pool with whirlpool bath and Steam Bath. Aerobics is for ladies only, Morning class is from 1100 am to 12.00 noon, evening class timings are 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Timings for the gym are
1. 7.00 am to 10.00 am Mix
2. 10.00 am to 4.00 pm ladies only.
3. 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm mix. Swimming in winters,
1. 10.00 am to 3.30

ladies only
