Route 1: There is an alternate route from Nagar Valley starting near Rakaposhi View Point on Karakoram Highway and passing through Pissan, Minapin, Miachar, Phekker, Shayar, Sumayyar and ending at Ganesh bridge near Karimabad Hunza.

Route 2: Second route starts from Murtazaabad on Karakoram Highway and joins above route at Shayar and continues till Ganesh bridge.
