Finally got a signal after 2 days! Just returned from an incredible trek to Gorgo Glacier, the last point of Sath Gasunar in the breathtaking Bagrot. It has jumping point for trekkers to traverse Haramosh Valley. From Gasunar valley Rakaposhi mountain is visible.
The journey was challenging but so rewarding—surrounded by nature's raw beauty, it's hard to put into words just how humbling and awe-inspiring it was. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience! 🌄

゚ Our journey began from Jalkhad, aiming for Sharda in Kashmir, with Noori Pass as the midpoint of this thrilling route. It’s about a 1.5-hour drive from Jalkhad to Noori top and then 2 hours drive to Sharda from Noori Top. Noori Top is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 3,949m and 48 kilometers long (approximately)from jalkhad to sharda ...

As we approached Noori Top, excitement filled the air. The day had been crisp but clear, perfect for exploring. Before we made our final ascent, curiosity got the better of us. We decided to take a detour to catch a glimpse of the mysterious Noori Lake, a hidden treasure we’d heard so much about. The two-hour hike from Noori Naala was chilly, and the higher we climbed, the colder it got. The trail wound through rugged terrain, but the thought of seeing the lake kept us moving.

When we finally reached it, the sight was surreal — It was magical, but we couldn't stay for long. The temperature was dropping fast, and we had to make it across Noori Top before sunset.

Just as we started our journey back, light snow began to fall, adding an extra layer of adventure. The road ahead was narrow and unpredictable, and the snow made it even more challenging. But the thrill of crossing Noori Top, knowing we were on our way to Sharda, kept our spirits high. The cold couldn’t dampen the excitement of the journey. It felt like we were part of a story that only the mountains could tell.
