Clean Interior/Exterior

We ensure that the car provided to our customers will surely have a totally neat and clean exterior/interior.

Cancellation Policies

● You’re not eligible for a refund if you cancel the ride 2 hours before the pickup time.
● You’re eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel the ride within 4 hours of the booking time.
● You’re eligible for a 30% refund if you cancel the ride within 22 hours of the pickup time.
● You’re eligible for a 10% refund if you cancel the ride before 24 hours of the pickup time.
● In case of multiple days bookings, the above-mentioned conditions are applied for day-1 and you’re eligible for a 100% refund for the remaining days.

Term & Conditions

● Customers are responsible for paying for their own fuel consumption. Each car is provided with a level of fuel and customers have to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as they were given. The difference in fuel will be charged to the customer plus PKR.500 Service Charges if the same amount is not returned.
● In the case of (intercity rides) Chauffeur’s food & accommodation is the responsibility of the customer if not, then pay PKR 1500 allowance per day.
● E-challan will be paid by the Chauffeur but if the customer requests the driver to drive fast then the E-challan will be paid by the customer.
● Chauffeur-driven rentals are for 12 hours a day. Duration of rental starts as booked by the customer and finishes at 12:00 AM.
● A rental includes a chauffeur-driven car excluding fuel, parking, etc. charges.
● Chauffeur Rest – The chauffeur should be given a break for lunch and dinner, in addition, the chauffeur should be given a minimum break of eight consecutive hours during 24 hours on duty. This is a necessary safety requirement.
● You have the right to complain against the driver, service, vehicle, etc. but you cannot reprimand the chauffeur on your own or force the driver to go against company policies in any circumstances.
● State/Border Restrictions: To be driven on the Pakistan mainland only. FATA and Northern Areas are excluded.
● Toll Taxes, Parking Fees, etc. are to be paid by the renting part.
● In case of intercity Drop-off, client will be charged for return fuel too.

The four-day Chilam Josh Festival will be held in three Kalash valleys, including Bumburet, Birir and Rumbur from May 13th to 17th May, 2023.
The annual festival comprises traditional events including dances of Kalash girls and boys to the beats of traditional drums and will be attended by a large number of tourists, including foreigners from all over the world.
The Chilam Josh Festival will start with ‘Milkday,’ in which Kalash people offer libations of milk that had been saved for 10 days prior to the occasion. The celebrations will highlight their cultural richness, plethora of colors and the underlying message of happiness.
During the festival, the Kalash people will seek the blessings of their God and pray for the safety of their herds and crops of the community. Women usually dress up in traditional clothes of vibrant colors gold and silver jewelry, and elaborate headgear, while men wear traditional shalwar kameez with a woolen waistcoat. Kalash women and men dance and sing in a circle to the rhythmical chant of drum beats.
Kalashi festivals are famous throughout the world and celebrated in different months of the year. The Chilam Joshi festival starts at Rumbur valley and then festivities extend to other valleys of Kalash. People pray for the protection of their fields and animals before going to their fields and for this purpose, they usually spread milk on their Gods.
On the first day, the Z’oshi/Zosh ceremony takes place, where boys and girls go to the higher pastures to pluck wildflowers and walnut leaves to the beat of drums.
On second day, C’irik pi pi (Milk drinking and distribution day) is held, in which goat stables are decorated with wildflowers and walnut leaves, singing rituals, and ceremonies take place in every village.
On third day wherein villages get together at the top of the village, distribute dried mulberries and walnuts for the ceremony of newly born babies.
On the fourth day, during the Ghona ceremony, all the villagers of the Kalash community gather at the main venue, and similar rituals and ceremonies are followed
The KP tourism authority has planned to reopen the PTDC hotels for the attraction and facilitation of tourist, while ensuring security measures for the festival, including the deployment of tourism police for assistance and the safety of visitors.
