The Masjid Al-Daraa (مسجد الدرع) is located in Medina, and it is where Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) stopped while he was going out for the Battle of Uhud. He took off his armor and prayed the afternoon, sunset, and evening prayers. He spent the night there, then prayed the dawn prayer and headed to the site of the Battle of Uhud.It is also known as the Mosque of the Two Sheikhs and the Masjid of Bada’i’. It is near the Masjid of Bani Haritha, or the Mosque of Al-Mustarah, where the Messenger of God rested while returning from the Battle of Uhud.

House of Utban ibn Malik (R.A) was one of the Companions of the battle of Badr. After he became blind he said to the Prophet: "I would like you to pray in my house so that I can pray where you prayed." The Prophet went to his house and asked where exactly he would like him to pray. He indicated a spot to him and the Prophet prayed there.
