For individuals from other countries, a Dubai visit visa is required to enter the country. These visitors are usually required to apply for a Dubai visa at their nearest UAE embassy. The application process is quite simple, although there are a few steps that you should take to get the visa. In the first step, you must pay the fees and upload the required documents. You can also revise your application and add other documents if necessary.

Once you have applied for a Dubai visit visa, you can select from a few options for staying in the UAE. The single entry, 14-day short-term visa is valid for two weeks and can be extended for a maximum of 14 days. For multiple-entry visitors, the 30 day visit visa is best. This visa allows you to stay in the country for 30 consecutive days, and it is non-extendable. The 30-day single-entry visa is also valid for multiple entries.

Besides the single-entry visa, you can also get a multiple-entry Dubai visit visa. This type of visa is for frequent visitors and business people. It's valid for six months from the date of issuance, but there is a 30-day stay limit. If you're planning to stay in the country for a longer period of time, you should apply for a residence or employment visa. It's important to note that UAE visit visas are not renewable, but you can extend your stay once you're back in the country.
