Parents are the preeminent mentor for children and I mean every word of this sentence since I owe my success to my father Muhammad Jamal whose role is substantial is shaping my career in the field of hoteling. My father started his career in Sarena Hotel when it was the property of PIA as Rakhaposhi Hotel and then initiated his own business named Hunza Tourists House in Gilgit, famous for its services in 1980s despite insufficient facilitation in the field of tourism.
He kept me engaged with his hotel from the very early days of my life and I started learning inch by inch regarding this business. This is the reason I have become so pro in hoteling that I feel much ease working just like a sportsman enjoy playing in the pitch. Whether it was Hargisa Hut, Baltistan Continental Hotel, Baltistan Tourist House or the Metropolitan, the skills my father had instilled in me helped me to set these hotels up to the next level.
The very recent example of our success is Dumani Inn Hotel and Restaurant Gilgit. Regardless of limited number of rooms, Dumani Inn is competing the five star hotels after only 6 months of its inauguration. Bulk of tourists and tour operators are choosing Dumani Inn, the credit of this success also goes to my loving father who trusts my capabilities and have kept me independent with each of the decision which I take to make this business prosper.
I wish to extend my love and gratitude to my considerate brothers who are my support system. Without their moral support I would have not attain this level of success in my life. My friends who are very close to my heart have always proven to be blessing for me, I am much indebted for their assistance in this journey. Also, I feel huge respect to the tour operators and clients who are always there to show their support.
