At 10am today, the Indus Caravan team left for Karachi for the new year tour. It will take about 22 hours non-stop to reach Karachi. Our Japanese-speaking guide, Saleem will lead the Sindh-Punjab tour, and the Balochistan team led by Rashid will stay till mid-February for series of operation. We wish them a safe and successful journey!

Leo, the snow leopard cub😍 Leo grew a bit in early December. He is already too big for the room he is in, so preparations are underway to build a shed outside. Can't wait for the snow!

Leo, the snow leopard cub😍Leo was rescued in September. This photo was taken in late October, he was playing in the garden and chewing on plastic bottles😅 In the next post I'll upload a photo of Leo, now a bit bigger, from early December!

Last tour to Hashupi resort before closing the site for winter break.
The surrounding mountains were covered with snow as we enjoyed our meal (Balti cuisine) on the hotel's room terrace. 🌿The hotel will be operational by the summer of 2025🌿

ハシュピで建設中のホテル現場も「冬休み」に入ります。最後の訪問では部屋のテラスで地元スタッフによる”バルティ料理”を楽しみました。ホテルは2025年夏にオープン予定です。
