Our Terms & Conditions are strictly followed and applied. We encourage you to read and agree with them carefully before booking a trip with us.
Registered members will be provided with an undertaking form at the start of the trip having the details of the trip along with the mentioned terms & conditions. All members will be required to physically sign that form along with thumb impression. (Mandatory)
Every member must keep his/her original CNIC/ Passport.
Couples should provide their marriage certificates to avoid any inconvenience.
For separate room (couples/families) extra charges will be applied.
The hotels mentioned in Itinerary, if not available, can be replaced with the same standard hotels.
For separate transport (couples/families) extra charges will be applied.
The Children under 5 year age will not be charged except Air tickets.
The Children above 5 year age till 10 years will be charged 50 %.
Immoral conduct/misbehaving with organizer/team members or participants is strictly prohibited.
Smoking in transport vehicle is strictly not allowed under any circumstances.
Female participants should be given special respect, privacy and privileges in all circumstances.
A member needs to have prior permeation before taking pictures of other members.
Local norms and traditions should be respected at all times.
Serious medical condition is on your own. As company will provide basic first aid only.
Arrival and Departure timings can be different from one originally mentioned due to unforeseen circumstances and the company will not be responsible for such delays.
You should not brought any sort of drugs/narcotics.
Tripway.pk is not responsible for delays due to act of God, political reasons, and unavoidable circumstances.
Tripway.pk and its team members will not be responsible for any theft of personal items. Kindly keep your belongings under your supervision.
Tripway.pk and its team members will not be responsible for anything not mentioned explicitly.
Tripway.pk is a non-registered voluntary body being operated by a group of outdoor passionate persons having years of experience in hiking, camping, trekking and outdoor activities.
The Organizer have the rights to cancel the event at any time without prior notice.
