Family from Michigan, U.S. We had a great and sunny day in Ogrodzieniec castle. Medieval castle located 60 km away from Krakow. It is part of eagle nests trail.

Did you know that music makes animals calm and relaxed? I had oportunity to visit a small farm of goat with the music turned on out of the speaker.

This family have decided to move out of the big city and live in the village with their livestock and produce fantastic goat cheese.

Great view of the Cracow's Old town and the castle. It is easy to notice the structure of the old medieval town ( separated by a green, tree line :) and the castle is located on a hill

An amazing work has been done. Conservation of medieval masterpiece - Altar of Veit Stoss has been finished. It lasted since 2015. Final result - Breathtaking!

Nativity scene in Krakow.
The city gave rise to modelling nativity scenes on local architectural elements, such as Kraków’s mediaeval buildings and monuments. The tradition has been maintained since the 19th century.
The competition for the most beautiful nativity scenes was initiated in 1937. Ever since then, on the first Thursday of December, artisans bring their nativity scenes to the Rynek Główny The constructions are assessed by a jury comprising historians, ethnographers, art historians, architects and artists.
