During almost 22 years of work, the Company has been awarded prizes in national and international competitions and also specialized in large buildings, sports centres or industrial buildings. The Company’s main motto is to consciously strive for high architectural and technical quality of the buildings and to finish the project realization by the fixed deadline and with

in the fixed budget.
“Projekt 3” is an architectural practice that focuses on architecture, urbanism and industrial design. “Projekt 3” have been driven for more than twenty years by a corporate culture based on simultaneous and interdisciplinary cooperation. We are constantly developing this corporate culture because it is the very foundation of the quality of our work. We believe that a process of making architecture may emerge from a formula of openness – to the people, ideas, new challenges of the contemporary dynamic and fascinating world. Our way of working, based on simultaneous cooperation, aims to find the perfect balance between aesthetic, functional and constructional considerations as well as the best possible solution in environmental, human and economic terms. During last twnety years, we have gained experience in large and complex projects, building team of architects performing in a creative and effective way. Our portfolio covers wide range of typologies: residential and retail buildings, hotels, hospitals and healthcare facilities, cultural and civic centers, refurbishment projects, and many more. The practice provides comprehensive architectural product. Our experience and constant cooperation with renowned external consultants enables us to undertake demanding tasks, in any field any specific project may require. From initial concept to on-site supervision our approach to design process is distinguished by high degree of professional attention. Projekt 3 architekci was established in 1992. The practice is led by co-founders- Marek Pelc, Wojciech Student, Maciej Wilczyński and currently employes 12 architects.
