Park Apartment is located about 50 meters from Sopot beach entrance and about 150 meters from to Sopot tourist center - Monte Casino Street, Sopot Peer etc. Sopot beach entrance no. 23 is located right opposite the entrance to the apartment, some 50m from the apartment, across the small park. There is a walking promenade and the bicycle/roller-blade path along the sea. The touristic center of Sopo
t - Monte Casino Street and the Sopot Pier, is just around the corner, yet far enough to enjoy quiet sleep - left turn on the promenade. The opposite direction is towards Gdansk. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. PARKING
The Apartment has parking spaces in the back of the building in the gated area. It is used by all building residents and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to find more than a single space for one car. Additional parking is available on the street. It is paid parking during Monday- Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm. Any length of parking time is available with the daily rate of 20 PLN. The nearest free street parking can be found on Chrobrego Street - about 250m from the Beach Apartment (next street walking towards Gdansk and across the main Grunwaldzka Street), or by driving along the sea towards Gdansk for about 1km. The Park Apartment is situated on the prestigious Parkowa Street (English: Park Street) dating back to the XIX century. The Park Apartment is located in the attractive building of former pension Ida build in 1897 and named after its first owner - Ida Stelter. It is located at the edge of the Sopot South Park. The opposite side of the park is housing the XIX century Norwegian country style building known as Sopot South Baths. The building is distinguished by its decorative entrance with brake/projection, two-storey loggia open towards the park and sea, two three-storey loggia separated by the corner extension in the shape of the hanging small tower and originally preserved hammered steal decorative balcony railings. The residents of this prestigious building included Max Deubner - famous Sopot architect, Eleonore Deubner-Hass - concert and oratorios singer and the honorable senior of Polish ship builders prof. Jerzy Doerffer. The Apartment balcony and loggia are facing the sea and the park. Located in the park close to the Apartment is the popular inhalation fountain. It features iodide-bromide brine (4.4%) from the source of St. Wojciech used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases, hypothyroidism and problems with the upper respiratory tract. With the favorable wind direction, the brine can be inhaled from the Apartment loggia.
