“Perspektywy” is the Polish magazine for young people which helps them make their choices on their education path. Journalists describe various academic faculties and present information about the best schools and universities in Poland.

Next speaker at our conference will be Radosław Wierzbicki - Senior Relationship Manager at The Heart Warsaw

Radek is a fintech specialist working with The Heart Warsaw being responsible for corporate and startup ecosystem's relations.

He is a founder of FintechTrends.co and formerly NewFinance Warsaw Organiser. He shares his knowledge during different workshops and trainings.

Before getting involved with the startups world, Radek worked as a sales trader in one of the polish major bank and a broker in a brokerage house, for almost five years in total. He studied in Poland and Denmark.

Another speaker at CEE Business Conference is Kamil Adamczyk, M. D. - CEO at Inteliclinic.

Kamil is a doctor, graduate at the Medical University of Warsaw and creator of the NeuroOn mask. It is a wearable sleep mask that measures your biological signals in order to determine the best sleeping pattern for you, allowing you to synch your body clock with your daily routine.

Kamil was named one of three most innovative entrepreneurs in Poland by the Brief magazine in 2013. Kamil is the finalist of Global Impact Competition 2014 organised by the prestigious Singularity University. In 2014 he was named “Founder of the year in Poland” by the Central European Startup Awards organisation. Kamil is the Chairman of the Polish Department of the Kairos Society – association of young entrepreneurs around the world – and also a mentor at the Startup Weekend.

We would like to reveal the next name from our speakers' list - Joanna Tyrowicz is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Uniwersytet Warszawski and President for the Foundation of Admirers and Mavens of Economics.

She earned her PhD in Economics in 2006 at Faculty of Economics, University of Warsaw, she also holds a degree from Katholike Universiteit Leuven.

Between 2007 and 2017 she served as an Economic Advisor at Economic Institute of National Bank of Poland, specialising in the labour market and household issues. She has also been a consultant to The World Bank in projects on labour market issues.

In 2009 she was a Fulbright scholar at Columbia University, and in 2010 she was a Mellon Fellow at the Netherlands Institute for Advanced Studies. Her tenure book “Unemployment Hysteresis” was awarded the Prize for Best Economic Book of 2014 by Polish Economic Association.

Our next speaker will be Kamil Wyszkowski - a lawyer, Director General at the UN Global Compact Poland

He’s worked for the United Nations since 2002. Since 2004, he’s been the Representative of the UN Secretary General’s Initiative Global Compact in Poland (UNGC – United Nations Global Compact), which aim is to coordinate the UN’s cooperation with business, municipalities, universities and NGOs.

In the years 2002-2009 he was responsible for the international and multilateral cooperation and the development of the programmes in Europe and Asia at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Lecturer at multiple universities, such as: Central European University in Bucharest, Lviv Catholic University, Warsaw School of Economics, Koźmiński’s University and the University of Warsaw.

Expert on the UN and EU policies, particularly on the subject of business and administration, economic diplomacy, social innovations, and, as a lawyer, on international law.

Another speaker at CEE Business Conference will be dr Katarzyna Pisarska from European Academy of Diplomacy | Europejska Akademia Dyplomacji | EAD

Dr Pisarska is the Founder and Director of the European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw, Poland and the Visegrad School of Political Studies run in cooperation with the Council of Europe. She is also the Program Director of the Warsaw Security Forum and a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

In the past, she has served as adviser to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Polish Parliament, to the Office of National Security at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland; and continues to work as regular foreign affairs broadcaster in Polish and international media.

In addition to her leadership experience Dr. Pisarska pursues a career in academia. She is an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics, a Senior Fellow at the Warsaw-based Casimir Pulaski Foundation and a Visiting Professor at the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy in Baku. Previously, Dr Pisarska was a Fulbright Visiting Fellow at Harvard University (2007), a Visiting Scholar at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (2010), at the University of Oslo (2012) and at the Australian National University (2015).

She specializes in EU foreign policy, Eastern Partnership, EU-Russia relations and public diplomacy. In 2013 Dr Pisarska was named “99 under 33” most influential world foreign policy leader by the Diplomatic Courier in Washington D.C.
