The Engaged Investments conference in Prague attracts investors and startups from Europe and the USA. This year with a focus on defence and cybersecurity.

Engaged Investments, the leading international conference for investors and startups, will offer an even richer programme this autumn than last year. The aim of this unique event in the Czech Republic, which will bring together up to 350 participants from all over Europe, as well as major investors from the USA, is to promote cross-border investment and mutual cooperation between startups and investors across regions.

The fifth edition, co-organised by DEPO Ventures and J&T Ventures, will take place on 23 and 24 October in Prague. In addition to investment topics, it will also focus on current technologies from the defence and cybersecurity industry, space technology, artificial intelligence and biotechnology.

One of the biggest acceleration programs in CEE is already on! 🎉

StartSmart CEE is calling to apply to their 16th acceleration program, Spring 2024 edition.

The recruitment process begins right now and will last until July 25, 2024. Startups could apply to two acceleration tracks based on their development level: Academy Cohort and Pilot Ready Cohort. 🚀

Participants in the program will not only gain access to mentoring and business-building support, but also have the chance to secure commercial implementation grants of up to € 90,000 and € 25,000 for the startup with the highest social impact, whose key team member is under 30 years old.

The SIBB Incubator is a unique 10-month program that offers up to €88,000 in equity-free funding for start-ups that want to pursue their idea full-time. The program is funded by the City of Berlin and the ESF.

Successful startups from SIBB have secured funding rounds of over €1 million in the past and have been featured in mainstream media and by the World Economic Forum.
