Arielis rented with her 2 friends. Gabriela y Gustavo to attend Halloween parties in Mayagüez. They found our location excellent, minutes from Mayagüez, clean, comfortable & economical. After a night of heavy partying our quiet relaxing location was perfect to rest the body, mind & soul.

Arielis alquiló un cuarto con sus dos amigos, Gabriela y Gustavo, para asistir a fiestas de Halloween en Mayagüez. Encontraron que nuestra ubicación era excelente, a minutos de Mayagüez, limpia, cómoda y más económica. Después de una noche de fiesta intensa, nuestra ubicación tranquila y relajante fue perfecta para descansar el cuerpo, la mente y el alma.

Don't know if u know, but these upcoming elections r not just important in the U.S., but also the most important elections taking place in PR since its inception, 1952.

For the 1st time the independent candidate Juan Dalmau is a formidable candidate because people & especially youth (registering in record #'s) r tired of the corruption from the same 2 parties & want something different.
The conservative Trump supporting candidate of the PNP statehood party, Jennefer Lopez has been running a fear mongering vicious campaign accusing Dalmau of being a communist, socialist, that PR's will lose their American citizenship, & Federal funds if he is elected. It's been so bad that major players like AOC, Nydia Velazquez came to PR to clarify all those lies & both endorsed Dalmau.
Bad Bunny has paid for giant billboards throughout PR, stating "un voto por el PNP es un voto anti Puerto Rico & other catchy slogans.

The attached video interview that Rene (Calle 13) did with Dalmau was one I had to share to help my friends understand what's happening in PR.

Cecille se quedo una noche para asistir a la fiesta en Boquerón. Le gusto estar cerca de Boquerón para fiestar pero para dormir y descansar nada más tranquilo que estar en nuestro pedacito de campo.

Our neighbor Devon had family visit him but needed extra rooms. His sister rented our room for her mom, cousin & herself. They loved staying close to everything & sleeping in the tranquility of Campo life.

Está familia le gustaron quedarse en un lugar cerca de su familia y cerca de todo. Un lugar cómodo, tranquilo y económico cerca de todo.

Cuando una madre, Yancy reserva para su hijas y amigas y nos manda este comentario. "El alojamiento fue uno apropiado para mi grupo. Es un lugar tranquilo y seguro. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos pocos días. Tiene estacionamiento en el lugar. Don Julio fue excelente anfitrión, muy amable y atento, si no lo consigue por mensaje, lo consigue por teléfono. Me volvería a quedar si voy al área de Cabo Rojo."

This structure across from our house was hidden by trees & bushes that had covered it, a small structure of a house they never finished. It was just 4 walls. The property was abandoned for over 20 yrs. It was a public nuisance with snakes & rats We researched & were able to find a living senior relative that did not know she was the owner due to PR inheritance laws. She was surprised when we told her after a year of us researching. She was not interested in the property & agreed to sell for the appraised value. It took an additional yr for the paperwork, but we did it & soon we will have 2 additional rooms in a property that will beautify our area. 🇵🇷
PS: My grandson Julian painted the chicken to bring some color & life to structure.

Update on Mi casa by 7 beaches Construction of our additional 2 rooms & parking is still in progress (slower than expected), but we are optimistic that work will be completed May-June. 🇵🇷

Tony & Renee were touring PR. They love thier stay with us in the west coast. They & many others like staying @ Micasaby7beaches because we r centrally located, we have the best rates for quality comfort & a tranquil, restful place to relax with the sounds of nature (not traffic or other noise) after a day in any of our 13 beaches & our multitude of seafood restaurants & Chinchorros. #❤️PR
