We are in Love with our beautiful Island of Puerto Rico where we were born. The Tropical breeze that no matter where you are, you always feel. Our people so genuine and welcoming, always there to give you a hand if needed with a smile. Spectacular beaches, mountain views, restaurant, historical landmarks; everything you need to get away from your daily routine and step in paradise!
Our beautiful home was built back in 1971 by our parents. They were both teachers and loved what they did. Our homes sit on about 1 acre of land with magnificent views. Surrounded by mango, guavas, and avocado trees… Very safe and beautiful rural neighborhood, yet, so close to everything. From restaurants to beautiful beaches, to shopping malls including pharmacies and supermarkets.
If you like vising beautiful structures with styles in its architecture, you can’t miss Our historic Lady of Monserrat Minor Basilica Church where, in 1590 the appearance of the holy virgin of the Monserrat occurred to Giraldo Gonzalez. In 1998 it was recognized as minor Bacilica.
The property is located just minutes from Cabo Rojo beaches and from the acclimated Rincon beaches. Historic Old San Juan is about a couple hours and our National forest “EL YUNQUE” rated as 1 of the top places to visit. Don’t forget to visit “Cueva Ventana” in Arecibo for a view that will take your breath away! Allowing you to explore the magnificent sights along the way.
