The space

You’ll feel right at home in this spacious and CLEAN 3-bdrm / 2-bath house. It has a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), open-concept dining and living room area, and 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds, AC's and lots of closet space. Just off of the kitchen, the outdoor covered carport has been converted into a lounge area, complete with a hammock and ceiling fan, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, end-of-day cocktails or just relaxing with a nice warm breeze. The backyard is set up with two long, cushioned lounge chairs, ideal for laying under the stars.

There is a drop off in the back yard which makes it NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN.

Thoughtful details like Smart TV, Fast Wifi, USB wall outlets in every room, bath towels, coffee maker, toiletries, hair dryer and iron add to your comfort and convenience.

The home’s driveway easily fits two cars, plus there is plenty of street parking.
Guest access
Kitchen, Living Room , Dining Area, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. All Outdoor Areas on Property. Loads Of Closet Space. We do not rent individual rooms, so you have access to any area that isn't locked. If you would like to wash your clothes, there’s a laundry facility less than a half mile away.
Other things to note
There are quite a few options for restaurants in the immediate area and the adjacent town of Aguadilla. Using Yelp has been very helpful for people visiting the west side of the island. Don’t hesitate to ask for suggestions.
As a way to make sure you have the best drinking water while being eco-friendly, you can enjoy the "Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System – Premium Water Filter (6 Stage Alkaline)" which can be found on the kitchen sink. So bring a reusable water bottle and take advantage.
