Finca Los Samanes is our beautiful 5 acre farm that is located only a 4 minute drive from popular Jobos Beach. We offer the best of both worlds: a serene country setting, surrounded by trees and nature, and removed from the noise and crowds of the tourist area, yet only minutes from one of the area's most popular beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping.
We offer several different options for vacation rentals. Our property is great for families or small events, or our units can be rented separately.
Our rentals:
The Farm House- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large covered patio, small heated pool, fenced yard. Includes well equipped kitchen with gas stove, washer and dryer and large screen TV with streaming channels.

Campers 1 and 2- Each camper has 2 full size beds and a bathroom, plus a very large covered deck with outdoor kitchen, living room and private whirlpool bath. The campers are spaced far enough apart from each other to allow for privacy. In between the 2 campers is a large stand alone bathroom that is shared between the campers. It has a large shower and more space, for guests who prefer more space than the camper bathroom offers.

Camper 3- This camper has 1 full size bed and a bathroom, covered patio with outdoor kitchen and living room, outdoor shower, and small pool.
Our property features large mature trees, a fire pit, and plenty of space. We have outdoor games (soccer, badminton, pickleball, horse shoes). Our property is perfect for family get togethers, small events (please inquire), or just for a quiet weekend getaway.
