Hello friends. I am happy to tell you our new website, rinconsurfvacations.com is LIVE!

Although RSV is still under construction, we are making great progress and want everyone to see our overall vision. Please check out the website where you can find out more about us, Rincon, and updates on our journey. The website has a ton of 3D-rendered visualizations we created to show you the end goal and potential of RSV. And lastly we have our ongoing blog to help visitors find the best surfing spots and activities to enjoy in Rincon.

Once we are closer to fully opening, the website will convert to our booking portal so you can reserve a spot at our tropical surf retreat. We are so excited to see it come to life.

Projects galore! Setting up another electric meter box (will have 2-200amp services), running wire for all units, 4 - 1/2” cpvc water pipes supplying all units plus irrigation, and getting a ramp built so the ol Cherokee will be secure the garage 👍😎

Here's a look at the foundations:

Each post is an upside down mushroom with thick rebar cages and high grade cement.
The underground base measuring 3' x 3' going to 18" x 18" columns. Heights vary with the slope, but averaging 5'-6' in total height, bringing each container approx 3' off the ground.
1'' thick galvanized plates bolted down with 3/4" concrete anchors. Once the containers are welded to each plate, every dad can agree these things aren't going anywhere

Delivery day!
1 - 40'HC & 3 - 20' containers delivered. Time to fine tune the foundation pillars and find a crane & operator for hire!
