Six to eight persons can be accomodated comfortably. It includes modern amenities and features a full Master Suite on the top level with king size bed, flat screen tv, breathtaking views, full bathroom with a shower. The bedroom opens to a loft area with ocean front balcony that would be perfect for a daily yoga practice or meditation. The loft has a futon for additional sleeping space. The Main level is comfortably decorated in a clean beach style with full living room, with sofa and love seat, storage, smart tv’s, cable, dvd, wifi, Bose stereo docking system. the open floor plan looks on to a galley kitchen well equipped for even the best cooks, and a dining room table with 6 chairs and room for more. There is a full bathroom on this floor with whirlpool bath tub, and two full bedrooms each with queen size beds and ocean view balconies. The entire house is air conditioned with separate split system units for each room. This house is well equipped for the beach with everything you need; chairs, umbrellas, Towels, Coolers, Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Board, Surf Board, everything you need, no need to rent or pay for anything else! Stock the fridge from the grocery store conveniently located just three blocks away and you are set to go. After the beach enjoy a game of Ping Pong, we have a table, or light up the gas grill with some fresh fish and lobsters from the local fisherman. Co**ha Azul Pequena just next door, with shared gate that sleeps 8. Its one house with two separate units. Each unit has two beds, one bath, and sleeps 4 people.
