Great property with three bedroom and a very suitable for a family of five or more if needed. The property has tennis, pool and a great beach. We spent most of time going into Rincón which is only about ten minutes away. Very convenient and safe place to stay. Great responsive host who had some great ideas about what to do in the area. Hot tub and movie selection was a plus!

Jennifer’s villa is well equipped for every adventure. We used the beach chairs every day, plus the boogie boards at Sandy Beach and the snorkel gear at Steps Beach. We really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck day and night as well as hanging out in the hot tub. Our host, Jennifer, was attentive quickly responding to every question. Jennifer also provided beach towels as well plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy. Punta Del Mar is a quiet development with a shared pool area with lounge chairs. Easy walk to beach. Saw some great sunsets. It is not a swimming beach. People surfed in the morning. We walked 15-20 minutes to swim at Sandy Beach. Easy drive to restaurants and other beaches. Loved host’s suggestions, especially Cabo Rojo and Playa Sucia.

This villa was the perfect place for a beach vacation. Just outside the door and a short path to the beach. The home had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the hostess was wonderful, very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent three nights here. We found the unit the most well-stocked out of any vacation rental we've done (cooking supplies, beverages, beach gear, etc...), and it was very spacious and well decorated. Great place to relax, and Jennifer was an amazing host and great with communications. We also enjoyed the restaurants in Rincon.

This property was Amazing. and definitely more beautiful than I expected. it was exactly as the listing said. Jennifer was one of the best. host I have ever dealt with and ii do this quite frequently for work trips. she was very timely in her communication very helpful, provided all information needed in a timely manner and also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area the true definition of a Premier host .. We had an amazing stay and I would recommend this property without hesitation! It’s even better than the photos and description. Just a short walk from the house is a beautiful beach where you can play in the water, watch the waves crash and see gorgeous sunsets. My favorite part had to be having coffee in the morning on the roof deck and listening to birds. Besides being a beautiful house and an outstanding location (short drive to tons of restaurants, snorkeling, surfing, various beaches), Jennifer is the best host. She was so responsive and helpful with suggestions - and as others mentioned, so very thoughtful about the amenities. We didn’t want to leave!! If you’re thinking about visiting Rincon, book this property - you won’t be disappointed!

A well-appointed condo in a safe gated community, a private peaceful setting. Condo is very well stocked for almost any occasion; eg. beach balls/chairs/towels, coolers, tennis racquets, snorkeling equipment, grill, etc. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Only negative was a few power outages but they were short-lived. Tap water is good. Top floor deck was cool, included hot tub, tv area, and typical deck furniture. Outdoor tennis court & basketball court available on grounds as is a small exercise room and outdoor pool. Private beach is a few hundred yards from condo. During our stay, the ocean at this locale was ideal for surfing but swimming was limited to being very near to shore given rip current warnings. Long road (about a mile) from condo to security was good for walking and running. Golf cart available for travel around the grounds . Grocery store (Econo) is about 10-15 minutes from condo. Rincon had plenty of nice restaurants and we got in without reservations. Jennifer, the owner, was very easy to work with, communicated well and promptly addressed any issues.

We recently visited Rincon and this particular rental was perfect. Beach is fantastic, home was extremely accommodating and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. It’s close to restaurants, almost a private ocean beach and the home has everything you need. The owner is a terrific host and provided great local recommendations. We will be back. I highly recommend this rental.
