At just under 2 acres, Dezecheo is the Rincon areas newest most secluded and expansive oceanfront luxury rental property. Uniquely situated on two world renowned surf spots; Maria's and Dogman's beach, the property is the most private oceanfront villa in the entire Rincon area. Dezecheo offers guests the opportunity to forget about the outside world as every detail has been thought of for you. The

home is perfect for large groups as it boasts 2 gourmet kitchens equipped with Wolfe ranges and Sub Zero refrigerators. The chef kitchens come fully stocked with anything you might need. Each of the 7 large, tastefully decorated rooms offer guests the chance to enjoy oceanfront living from all different perspectives; as you can hear, see and smell the ocean from all of them. However, should you prefer, all 7 bedrooms have air conditioning. The expansive property is meticulously landscaped and features a large salt water pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. Concierge services are also available for you should you desire them. Any number of services can be arranged: from private massages and beach front yoga sessions, to sailing, snorkeling and parasailing, to grocery delivery and catering services. You will not leave Dezecheo unsatisfied. Please enjoy smoking, but only in the outside areas. Must be 25 years or older and present to rent this house. Not suitable for unaccompanied students. 4 night minimum stay & 7 night stay required for major holidays. Please email for availability! Villa occupancy is 16 people maximum.
