A small terrace for my client's big expectations

One of the joys in architecture are the "before" and "after" images of a successful renovation. This indoor basketball court in the town of Patillas, Puerto Rico was recently finished by this office. The improvements include raising the floor above flood levels, new support areas for both athletes and general public, and to fully air-condition the structure.

Closing this year with a remarkable accomplishment. My book is listed as one of Best Books of 2014 as per END's literary review. Thanks to all who helped, and remember the proceeds from the sale help fund scholarships for candidates for the architectural licensing exam.
