Main island and ocean views from the pool and cabana! Coming home after a day at the beach to a cool beverage, float in the pool and watch the boats. Does not get better than this.

Oh and yes we have inflatable snakes since Fernando retired … 😂😂 more on that later ..

This time of year you can hear the waves and enjoy the breeze.

The secret is out! One thing that makes Vieques so special is the people and how they work so hard to make you feel amongst friends. We return to Rising Roost in Isabel Secunda again and again for the food, heavenly coffee, fresh juice and craft cocktails. Having all that amounts friends makes it extra special.

It really is hard to beat this view. The rooftop terrace at El Blok Hotel Restaurant y Bars offers amazing views and is open to the public a few times a week. You can sing your for yoga at Vieques Wellness & Yoga or join a dance party for starters.

Come to Vieques and try something new!
So I did a thing… I have the athletic ability of a wombat… which is only slightly more athletic than a sloth.

Thank you to Vieques Wellness & Yoga for providing a space where my chunky self felt welcome as I took my first yoga class in 16 years! Sunset Yoga Slow Flo on the rooftop!

The class had all levels in it and everyone “yoga’ed” at their comfort level. It was great and I encourage you sign up and try something new! 🌴

This is the DRIVEWAY view! 🥰

When we were looking at homes I told the realtor … we didn’t want to look at this house … too remote, too much land … he insisted …

When we pulled up this was the view from the DRIVEWAY…. We knew we were in trouble. The best kind of trouble ever…

Sunsets, big island views , tropical breezes … privacy yet so close to all the beaches and things! Pinch me.

We open our home select weeks so our guests can fall in love with Vieques as much as we have.

If you are traveling to Vieques from the Northeast you could be a lifesaver on your way home by being a flight angel to our Vieques Humane Society Often they have gatos or satos in need of a ride! VHS will take care of the details. Contact them if you are willing and see if they have anyone who needs a ride to your home airport. This costs you nothing but snuggles. If you stay with us and are a flight angel we will donate to VHS the airline fees.
