Welcome to Noor Guest house ! Our newly built guesthouse welcomes you to Jayyus, a small village located in Qalqilya district, only one hour away from Tel Aviv or Ramallah. Jayyus is a village of 4000 inhabitants located next to the Separation Wall and near Zufin Settlement. Most of the people of Jayyus are leaving with agriculture but 75% of their lands are isolated by the Wall. Zufin settlement
is also built on the lands of the village. Thus, coming to Jayyus is taking a opportunity to understand more the reality of palestinian people, specially palestinian farmers. For the guests travelling in autumn and who would like to take part more actively in the daily life of the village, there is possibility to help the farmers with the olives harvest. Why come to Noor Guest House? Noor, the owner, speaks perfectlly english and is an expert of the area. During many years he was one of the main contact for the foreign volunteers working with the EAPPI program. He will be happy to give you tours and explanations about the local situation, and can also arrange meetings with the local people.
