**5 BEDROOMS**

Our '4th' bedroom sits on the ground floor on the opposite side of the villa to bedroom number 5.

Like all bedrooms in the villa, it has it's own en-suite bathroom and plenty of natural light!

It also has built in wardrobes as well as a stand alone chest-of-drawers and a bedside table 😀

One of the many improvements we've made to over the years is turning the old, unused dining area into a another bedroom with en-suite!

Tonnes of natural light and it opens out onto the main living area. Not bad for a '5th' bedroom!!!

Fantastic breakfast Doçaria Almeixar, Bistrô to fuel up for one last day of painting and improvements to Villa Fatima, Algarve

I absolutely love coming here out of season and seeing that life does indeed go on! So different now to when we first came out here in 2005!

We love our distinctive white walls, but if we're honest they can look a bit tired when they haven't been painted in a while.

The solution, reveal the authentic stonework underneath!

**GOLF SEASON 2022 AVAILABILITY**

Villa Fatima, Algarve we currently still have availability for October 2022!

Due to a couple of cancellations, Villa Fatima, Algarve is now available for ANY 7 DAY PERIOD between Sunday June 26th 2022 and Saturday July 16th 2022

We can't use the D word on here as the algorithm doesn't like it but the typical 7 night price has been........amended.

It's now just £2100......for a villa.....that sleeps 11 people across 5 bedrooms....

Think of it as a popular last minute website type of thing!

Outstanding restaurant within walking distance. Seafood, steaks and pretty much everything in between. All cooked to a fantastic standard and accompanied by high quality service!

Hand's down our favourite place for breakfast! No frills, but well-cooked and delicious at a reasonable price. It's also got a swimming pool for patrons' use and a mini-golf course!

Cons - very popular so can get quite crowded during peak summer

93km from (1hr by car)

Pros - Amazing sand dunes
- Beautiful inland bay
- Fantastic beachside restaurants in

Cons - 1hr in the car
- Road includes tolls
- Manta Rota is the nearest place to park, so get ready to walk for a while along the beach (it is 100% worth it!)
