Dear All
Portugal has now gone into a second national lockdown which is due to last for 15 days. This will then likely be extended for another 15 days.

In order to comply with legislation, we will be closing our offices and working from home where possible.

Lesley will come to the office every few days to check the mail, pay bills and check properties when necessary. Please continue to contact us by email: [email protected] or

I know that many of you are also enduring yet another lockdown in your home countries, and I send you well wishes from all the team here in the Algarve.

Let us hope that after this set of restrictions and the roll out of vaccine programmes across Europe and the World, that a certain normality will soon be in place for us all.

In order to comply with the recommendations issued by the Portuguese Government and Health Department, we have made some changes to our opening hours.

With immediate effect we will be open Monday – Friday 09.00 – 13.00 and closed at the weekends.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and are still able to offer full management services to owners.

Any clients that are visiting or intend to visit can still expect the same support from our team including cleaning and laundry services.

A Dieta Mediterrânica é um estilo de vida reconhecido como Património Cultural Imaterial da Humanidade pela UNESCO.
O Algarve é a região onde os traços dessa identidade Cultural Mediterrânica são mais visíveis, na forma de uma gastronomia ímpar, produtos locais de qualidade superior, artesanato genuíno, património cultural carregado de história e eventos mobilizadores de multidões.

Inicialmente edifício da indústria conserveira, é hoje em dia, uma unidade hoteleira da INATEL. A primeira fábrica que por ali passou foi a fábrica do Alemão, propriedade da empresa Johannes Seibt, em 1913, posteriormente adquirida por Francisco Brito da Mana (Johannes Seibt e Brito da Mana Lda), depois da partida apressada dos cidadãos alemães do território português, em março de 1916, por ordem do governo Alemão, por considerar Portugal nação hostil (I Guerra Mundial). Mais tarde adquiriu a designação, Sociedade Brito Lda, fábrica que se manteve a operar até, novembro de 1933, quando necessidade de conservas diminui e a principal matéria-prima começa a escassear na costa Algarvia, levando ao fecho das várias fábricas existentes em Albufeira. Em 1960, esta fábrica dá lugar à “Colónia de Férias Dr. Pedro Teotónio Pereira” da antiga FNAT – Fundação Nacional para a Alegria no Trabalho. Instituição que mais tarde evoluiu para a INATEL.

Entre os dias 3 e 6 de dezembro, Albufeira vai acolher um dos principais fóruns nacionais de debate sobre Turismo.

O 41.º Congresso Anual da Associação Portuguesa de Agências de Viagem (APVT) traz ao Palácio de Congressos do Algarve centenas de profissionais dos diversos setores da área da atividade turística para discutirem o futuro do ramo e criarem sinergias.

Destaque para a participação de várias empresas do concelho na área expositiva e para a presença da secretária de Estado do Turismo que juntamente com o presidente da Câmara de Albufeira irão discursar na sessão de abertura do evento.
