apartment is located in the highly sought after central apartment blocks (Block 40) within the popular Parque de Corcovada development. It offers two double/twin bedrooms: one master with balcony and en-suite; the other with adjacent shower room. The bedrooms can be configured as 2 twin beds or one Super King bed to suit guest requirements. A further 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa-bed in the open-plan living/dining area. The living room opens onto a south-facing balcony, overlooking the landscaped gardens and two pools: a large adult and a smaller children’s pool. The garden and pool area provide a tranquil space to relax, sunbathe, and take a dip. Loungers, parasols, and pool showers, are provided free of charge; Please bring your own beach towels. The apartment has a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washer/dryer, and iron & ironing board, allow you to freshen up your wardrobe mid-stay. The apartment has air-conditioning throughout, along with wi-fi internet, a TV, Cable TV (IPTV with full UK, Ireland TV plus Sky Sports & Movies and European Sports) and a DVD Player. A small library of books and DVDs are available for guests to borrow and/or swap. Similarly, there are some inflatable toys/rings/airbeds that can be used in the pools. Parque de Corcovada is located on the boundary of central Albufeira and the quiet suburb of Montechoro. The apartment is within ten minutes’ walk from ‘The Strip’ and all it has to offer (restaurants, bars and shops), but far enough away from the bustle and the noise. The north, and more quiet, part of ‘The Strip’ is in Montochoro and there are plenty of restaurants here too. Within a 5 minute drive/taxi you reach the Old Town, the Praia do Túnel (Peneco) beach and Praia da Oura beach. Getting around
There is plenty of parking just outside the apartment block and inexpensive taxis are readily available throughout Albufeira. There are a number of bus stops at the entrance to Parque de Corcovada connecting to the local area and tourist attractions throughout the Algarve.
