This present made my day 🙏..It's already wednesday! Has been already 8 mounths sice i arrived from england with little Laura...she is growing fast, starting a new school year, challenges with the language ...portuguese is hard to learn🤔 getting adapted to a new routine, being a aunt mommy when you never had kids is crazy 😵‍💫...in my bad days i remember my self "you are capable. ..the universe brought you this opportunity because you can do it" Yes, so many times we forgot who we are, the obstacles already overcome, what we are capable of doing has humam beings...that is what differs us from animals..we can be better than yesterday if we focus transforming our self but we need to learn the tools, know how mind/body/emotions work, go inward... May you know your worth everyday.

The duty to yourself, to your parents, to your job, to your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, friend, to our planet... How can we change a country if you don't change the self?

I have a magnet in my fridge with this phrase to remember me, no matter how many times I have been hurt just to keep going.. Be a Good Person but learn to create healthy boundaries and step away from people that don't want your best, have Dreams but have Goals, don't Compare yourself with anyone, Failure it's part of Success, Joy has to came from inside no matter what is happening in the exterior world, Love intensely don't live a futile life because at the end you Are the one who is more Complete. The Law is simple.. BE, DO, HAVE and don't forget life is a question of balance.. Set your priorities! What's yours plans for this Sunday? Mine are Family 👨‍👩‍👦

🇵🇹Molho hollandaise de Caju
🇺🇸Hollandaise Caju Sauce

🇺🇸Recipe:
1cup soaked raw cashews in water (soak for 2 hours)
1tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon juice (medium size lemon)
1tsp brewer's yeast
Sal & pepper to taste
*throw out the Cashews water and blend all the ingredients in the blender. Keep in the fridge for one week

🇵🇹 Receita:
1 chávena de cajus crus demolhados em água por 2 horas
1 c. Sopa azeite virgem
Sumo de meio limão (limão médio)
1 c. chá levedura de cerveja
Sal e pimenta a gosto
*deitar fora a água dos cajus e misturar todos os ingredientes no copo misturador. Podes guardar o molho durante uma semana no frigorífico.

Keeping the tradition! If I was home this weekend, the Christmas tree would illuminate my house. I love this season, the process itself of preparing, creativity, quality time spend with family and friends, gathering the family one day to make cookies.. Rituals are good, brings joy and good memories. This year for the first time I will not be home for Christmas but doesn't matter. Home is wherever you are. Keep your rituals! 🎄🎅🎁🎉

What are you thankful? It's Thanksgiving weekend and is the time to join family and/or friends and be Grateful. In Yoga we learn Gratitude is appreciate everything, even the ordinary, recognizing something is valuable to you and nothing to do with its monetary worth.
Has been a hard year, loosing a sister, a heartbreak, having to leave behind 4year niece with a foster family... Yeah life is not easy but when you live from your heart life shows you your way. This year I can say I am gratiful for the strangers that show me their kindness and support in the day my sister passed away. In a country that received my sister and did their best to keep her alive, I am grateful for , I am grateful for the foster families that took good care of my , for the people envolved in the guardian process, for my work friends for their support and understanding, for that message/call from a friend, Miss Victoria from Victoria house Southampton hospital, my family, new friends I made this pass year. What can I say!? Thank you universe for all this blessings ❤️❤️❤️.
