A beautifully renovated old Quinta, in Armacao de Pera, Central Algarve. The home boasts 5 bedrooms all en-suite, two with roll top baths, and fireplaces. There is a large indoor / outdoor living space, connected by 6 metre sliding doors. An extremely well designed kitchen, includes all mod-cons, and is close to the outside BBQ area. The heated pool is large at 12 x 6 metres and includes an in pool bench area, for drinks on those hot days. There is also an old shaded Loggia, with comfy daybeds and bar area. The charming Orchard, has fruit trees, many with fruit to pick all year around, relax here and laze in a hammock. The Sundowners terrace, enjoys 360 degree views of the sea and mountains. The sea is within walking distance (1K) and the closest Golf is a 10 minute drive with most others a maximum 40 minutes. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants and bars in the town and many beaches to explore. The Fish and Vegetable markets are a fabulous way to buy everything you need, and there are several large supermarkets, just down the road. Zoomarine, Water park and Silves Castle are also close by. And those that want to party hard Albufeira is 15 minutes! A car is a bonus but not necessary as Uber/Taxi are plentiful even for large groups. Faro Airport is 35 minutes away.
