Time to say goodbye to our lovely Susan. During her stay she did mindfulness gardening, trekking, photography, meditation, yoga and learned some delicious recipes.
We wish you a wonderful trip back to Canada and hope to see you again to tell us about your amazing adventures around the world.

Autumn the season where the nature show us that everything changes. Observing the nature, the leafs, the colours, we become more conscious about ourselves. We need to accept and let go what is not part of our present because is in the present that beautiful things happen.
New and old friends, fruit of the season, warm welcoming in the place that I can call home 💚
