Hoje tivemos mais um excelente almoço no Restaurante Costa Brava, e como sempre, fomos recebidos de forma impecável. É um privilégio partilhar momentos tão especiais com os nossos clientes num espaço onde a qualidade e o bom atendimento fazem toda a diferença.

🇺🇸 “Reducing the “tripa” to an undercooked American cookie may seem unfair, but the truth is that it was with a peculiar request from a customer who did not want the crispy cookie - as we know it - that the immense potential of one of the most beloved sweets in the region was revealed. José Oliveira, or Zé da Tripa, responsible for the chance that gave rise to the candy, inherited from his in-laws the pasta recipe, which he says has as ingredients flour, sugar, eggs, milk and an unrevealed secret. Currently, the filling (existing) can be chosen from a vast list that includes not only the traditional chocolate and soft eggs, but also cheese, coffee jam and condensed milk.”

🇵🇹”Reduzir a tripa a uma bolacha americana mal cozida pode parecer injusto, mas a verdade é que foi com um pedido peculiar de uma cliente que não queria a bolacha crocante – como a conhecemos – que foi revelado o imenso potencial de um dos doces mais queridos da região. José Oliveira, ou Zé da Tripa, responsável pelo acaso que deu origem ao doce, herdou dos sogros a receita da massa, que diz ter como ingredientes farinha, açúcar, ovos, leite e um segredo por revelar. Atualmente, o recheio (existindo) pode ser escolhido de uma vasta lista que inclui não só os tradicionais chocolate e ovos moles, mas também queijo, doce de café e leite condensado.”

The DayTours was founded by Rodrigo Matias, in July in 2013. Your initial activity was transfers and turist and cultural visits. He decided creat this company because our reginal and tourist market have a failure. Our job is do the best tour with so much stops between Lisbon and Porto. Today, we do many tours with so various nationalities. Everyday, we try to find the best for you. The company is localized in Benedita, Alcobaça.

A DayTours foi fundada por Rodrigo Matias, em julho de 2013, tendo iniciado a sua atividade no âmbito dos transfers e visitas turísticas e culturais. A combinação da experiência nesta área com a identificação de uma lacuna no mercado da região levou ao desenvolvimento orgânico da marca para o setor do Concierge Empresarial. Este é o foco atual da DayTours, que opera a partir da Benedita, Alcobaça.
