It accommodates four people (max. 5) which is ideal for families or small groups. The house has a unique charm and is idyllically situated in a park with easy driving access to both Lagos and Sagres. The turquoise ocean is only a 3-minute drive away. The closest beach is in Burgau, where you find some great restaurants, pizzerias, bars and a supermarket. The west coast, which offers an incredible

variety of wild beaches, can be reached only within a 15 minute drive. The net living area is about 80m², there is also a lovely terrace and a huge, lush overgrown plot. There are a lot of open spaces, also large, old, shady trees and there is absolutely no road traffic here. Those who like to relax for a few days, soak up the sun, swimming, surfing, hiking, golfing, etc. WiFi is available, a large barbecue is also there. A washer and dryer can be used after prior agreement. The price for the whole house is (minimum stay: 3 nights):
Until the 18th of September it is 630 € /week, which is 90€ a day. From the 19th of September it is 500 € /week, which is 75€ a day. From the 16th of October it is 420 € /week, which is 60€ a day.
