The terraced property that comprises 81 Areias dos Moinhos was constructed in the late eighties/early nineties in one of the original parts of Carvoeiro. Areias dos Moinhos is an area to the east of the town centre containing a large number of established villas and townhouses, including 81 AdM, which we acquired in June 2004. It is set into a hill with the entrance /living area on the ground floo

r and the bedrooms on the lower floor. It is about a fifteen-minute walk to Carvoeiro town centre, and 10 minutes to Centianes beach.
