“Our stay at Casa Ana has been great. The house is very welcoming, spacious and clean. It made us feel immediately comfortable and at home. It has beautiful views from the living room and the garden, which sitting in the evenings makes it ideal for reading or relaxing. The urbanization is very quiet, away from noise, even from other neighbours. The kitchen is very well equipped, complete with appliances and utensils. Good hot and cold water pressure in the bathrooms, electric blinds throughout the house, wifi, television with exclusively English channels, etc... The community pool closes early, at 17:30 local time and is solitary and clean, etc,... Communication with the owner has been smooth and correct. All this has made our stay very pleasant, to be repeated....”

This fantastic two bedroomed house with air conditioning is comfortably furnished and immaculate throughout. The property is single storey with a small private garden and roof top terrace with views to the sea. The property comes with free wi-fi and english TV channels.
Approximately 30 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the bustling little fishing town of Carvoeiro. Clube Golfemar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away. In addition, Vale do Milho Golf Course is a few minutes away, and many other Golf Courses are within 20 minutes drive.
The light and airy lounge /dining room is air conditioned with TV and wood burner. Patio doors lead to the terrace and lawn, offering stunning views.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both are air conditioned. The Master bedroom has double wardrobes, a safe and doors to the terrace. There is also a separate family shower room. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and also has a safe.
There is a well-appointed kitchen, fully fitted with microwave oven, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. There is a small outdoor drying area off the kitchen
Leading from the sitting room and master bedroom are terraces. The villa has a small private south facing lawned area, bordered by a hedge. There is also a roof terrace with panoramic sea views sweeping across from Lagos to Armação de Pêra.
Sun loungers, a freestanding barbecue and outdoor table with 5 chairs are provided.Within a few minutes stroll are the communal pool with ample sun loungers, the Lighthouse Restaurant and the beautifully maintained communal gardens at Clube Golfemar. There is ample parking available.
PLEASE NOTE: The on-site communal pool is available for guests to use free of charge, during the months of May, June, July, August and September. Outside of these months it’s not possible to use the pool. Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation. Baby equipment such Cot as High chair, and Stairgate are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.
PLEASE NOTE - A fully refundable damage deposit of €200 is payable in advance of your arrival, for which you will be invoiced. This will be refunded by bank transfer shortly after the end of your holiday. PLEASE NOTE - Any rentals between November and March are subject to a supplementary charge for electricity and water.
